Award-Winning Customer Service

Good Times Unlimited has been the recipient of numerous customer service CSI and sales awards. Customer service is important to us. Good Times is a small RV dealership and can not afford to offer less than the best service and experience for our customers.

  • Owner, and co-founder, Edgar Davis has been serving customers throughout the northeast and Canada since 1978. Over the years, he has been joined by all of his four children, and several grandchildren, at one time or another. Currently, daughters, Debbie and Jill, and son, Jon work at the dealership. The Davis family attributes their high level of customer service to their family's camping experience, product knowledge, respectful and courteous service, and genuine interest in their customers.
  • The CSI value is based on the computation of surveys completed by Skyline (Nomad) customers after taking delivery of their new RV. Questions on the surveys are summarized to reflect the customers' overall experience; more specifically satisfaction with knowledge of the sales staff and service after the sale. Good Times Unlimited has repeated recieved CSI awards from Skyline RV for consumer ratings of 90% or higher. The RV industry CSI average has been about 80% according to the National RV Dealers Association.
